The 2014 season is at the door and the last few weeks have seen Immobilsarda participating in major international exhibitions such as the BIT<\/strong><\/a> in Milan, the IBT<\/strong><\/a> in Berlin and the MIPIM<\/strong><\/a> in Cannes.<\/p>\n

Giancarlo Bracco, partner and founder of Immobilsarda<\/strong><\/a>, attended in the BIT<\/strong><\/a> International Tourism Exchange in Milan, on February 12th to 15th<\/strong>. The Fair has been an invaluable opportunity to get in touch with the major players in the tourism sector, laying the foundations for a fruitful collaboration between Immobilsarda<\/a>, Tour Operators and Travel Agencies in view of the 2014 season and for the next year.\"bit\"<\/a><\/p>\n

For 25 years, this exhibition has been the flagship event of the International Real Estate sector. Here, leading investors, builders, real estate developers and professionals meet to create new contacts and business partnerships, as well as exchange concrete business opportunities.<\/p>\n

Giancarlo Bracco has participated in MIPIM<\/a> as the President of FIABCI Italia<\/a>,<\/strong> presenting some opportunities for investment and development projects in Sardinia. Beachfront resort, building sites with all the infrastructures and permissions, villas pieds dans l’eau on the Emerald Coast and in the wonderful setting of the Parco Residenziale Portobello di Gallura<\/strong>, are just some of the products of Immobilsarda portfolio, that Bracco had the pleasure to propose to potential investors.
