How to get to Capo Ceraso?
This stunning promontory is on the northeast coast of the island in front of Tavolara. Its location is strategic. Below the distance between Capo Ceraso and some ports and airports of Northern Sardinia:
- Olbia airport 8 km away and 10 km from the port;
- Alghero airport 150 km;
- port of Porto Torres about 135 km away.
From the porto of Olbia, at the exit from Viale Isola Bianca, turn left at the roundabout in Viale Principe Umberto and go straight on over the second roundabout till the junction with the flyover on the left. Continue straight on till the exit from Olbia, leaving behind other three roundabouts towards Siniscola / San Teodoro (those who leave the airport must take this roundabout on the right) and the Auchan Shop on the left.
Then you must leave Olbia, always straight, cross a bridge and, after a few corners and three / four kilometers, you will find the small village of Murta Maria. Pay attention: there are some works in progress on the SS125 at the height of the Mobili del Sole shop. Here there is a roundabout where you have to go straight on.
